In recent years, Glass roof structure has developed rapidly with various forms and the technical level is constantly improving. Glass roof structure exposured to natural environment bears violent action including the long term natural solar radiation and temperature variations which results in temperature deformation.If the temperature deformations are hindered by the contraints,it will result some temperature stress. Glass roof structure temperature field as well as the temperature effect is one unresolved problem,So thermal effect analysis and field measurement research of glass roof structure is indispensable.Thermal effect analysis and field measurement research of glass roof structure is urgent for engineering construction and the research is of obviously engineering applicatoin value and theoretical innovation significance.This dissertation takes Guangzhou South Railway Station glass roof structure as background so as to study of temperature field and temperature effect in the sunshine.The main research contents of this dissertation are described as follows:1、Apply uniform load to the glass panel, the temperature along the plate thickness direction is linear or piecewise linear distribution. According to the heat conduction differential equation and boundary condition, the temperature field of single board and multilayer board steady state heat transfer is deduced.2、Effect of temperature and strain field of Guangzhou South Railway Station roof glass structure in the sunshine temperature, through the analysis of monitoring data.Summariz the variety law of temperature field and temperature effect of sun shine on roof glass structure.3、The finite element analysis of Guangzhou South Railway Station roof glass structure in the sunshine temperature, Discusse the variation law of stress of glass surface with parameters of the glass size、temperature、spring stiffness which are ready for the glass structure optimazation.4、Through the analysis of laminated glass tempered temperature field in the sunshine、the finite element analysis、the toughened glass processing technology, measures to reduce the glass roof structure explosion rate are proposed.
