| With continuous development of economy in China,high grade highway especially the freeway with greater and greater quality are needed. According to the problem of the increasing traffic flow,heavy-load vehicles and over-loading trucks of the asphalt of high grade highways,using polymer to modify asphalt has been avalid method and a developing direction to mend the application performance of asphalt.And waste rubber powder modified asphalt has been popular used and deeply studied worldwide because of its abundance,cheapness,simple technics and the elimination of black pollution.At first,this paper summarized the theoretical researches,the actual state of application and progresses of the waste rubber powder modified asphalt inernal and external.The asphalt made in Qinghuangdao and many kinds of modified agent were selected to prepare waste rubber modified asphalt using the wet processing and the condition high-shear mixer and the temperature of160℃.We see about the infection and diversification of waste rubber modified asphalt’s performance by the dosage of waste rubber,processing technics,the granularity of waste rubber,the dosage of GMA, the dosage of MAH, the dosage of Vulcanization System, the dosage of SBS, the dosage of plasticize, the dosage of resin, the dosage of PE-g-MAH.We analyse the influence of modified agent, the influencing factor and the mechanics of the asphalt by macroscopic performance and microscopic.The influence of PE-g-MAH modified asphalt is significant,because of the non-polar group and polar group in molecular structure.The semi-works production are better than which were prepared in the lab.this is because of the equipment in semi-works production and times of processing.The performance of semi-works production reach the guide line of polymer modified asphalt when PE-g-MAH is3phr and waste rubber20phr. |
