Based on protection and inheritance of Olunchun history and culture, the article focuseson parts of customs, religion, language and culture of Olunchun according to programming ofTuozhamin rural cultural core area. It will provide the theoretical basis for the relationship ofnational culture inheritance and protection and cultural tourism or national development.(A) Combing gradually the development of Olunchun national culture, thecomprehensive exploration of main character of Olunchun traditional culture confirmed theOlunchun cultural protection as intangible cultural heritage and the relationship of ethniccultural background and development of Olunchun.(B) The programme of Olunchun lineage arrived at the pattern and innovation of nationalcultural inheritance and protection according to the feature of ethnic culture.
