Sometimesdue to economic and technical conditions, use large span bridges across the deep canyon isnot the most reasonable choice. In some cases conditions, is also not scientific. Therefore,engineers often use a small span, high-pier structure. The hollow pier has many advantages,such as: low weight, small volume masonry, the earthquake has a little inertial force which iswidely used.Temperature effect of railway hollow bridge pier has attracted more and more attentionin engineering field, many domestic and foreign scholars and researchers have done a study,but only limited to smaller single or double track pier, the station multi line super wideanalysis and research of hollow high pier temperature effect is almost empty. Use the generalanalysis software based on ANSYS, the three-dimensional transient thermal structuralcoupled field method of Lan Yu railway hub in Lan Zhou Da Shaping bridge pier in four linesunder cold temperature and sunshine warming field, thermal stress were analyzed.In this paper, Lanzhou-Chongqing line Da Shaping hollow bridge pier, the followingwork is:(1) Introduction the temperature effect on domestic and foreign research situation as wellas the background, and the related design of temperature effect in the design of thebridges provisions.(2) Describes the way of heat transfer, as well as the stress caused by temperature effectsand the temperature of the process.(3) Due to the temperature effect in certain conditions will cause the temperature stress,the most unfavorable temperature load of several typical simulated by finite element softwareANSYS four line railway circular super wide thin-walled hollow pier temperature field, andcalculate the temperature stress, at the same time, according to the calculation results putforward solutions method.(4) Sum up this paper, put forward new proposal for future research because of timeconstraints and the ability of the analysis of the existing inadequate.Based on the has longitudinal and no has longitudinal baffle two kinds of modelcalculation and analysis, results show that super wide hollow high pier under cold temperature, ring and vertical temperature stress value is larger, should cause enough attention in thedesign, while little effect on whether the longitudinal baffle to temperature stress.
