Research About The Design Of Urban Form Of The Central Axis Zone Of Yibin New Area In Luoyang

Luoyang is one of historical and cultural cities of China, as the capital many times in history.After the founding of new China, with the advance of economic development and urban construction,especially the implement of the overall urban planning, urban construction achieved fruitful results. Also,a distinctive urban form is formed. In2007Luoyang proposed the development strategy that developsYibin New Area across the Yi River. As the expansion and extension of the built-up area of Luoyang City,Yibin New Area should link up well with the entire Luoyang City in the urban form.In this paper, the development and construction of Luoyang Yibin New Area is the research background,the heart of Yibin New Area, the Central Axis Zone, is the main research object. Based on the analysis ofthe research of the Central Axis Zone in Yibin New Area, this paper uses the theoretical collection, fieldresearch, analysis and summary and other research methods, to review the development process and theurban form of cities at home and abroad, to analysis and summary the urban form of ancient and modernLuoyang, to analyze the status of regional traffic, water situation, landscape current,the current situationand development. According to the results of the above analysis, put forward the principle for the designof the Central Axis Zone, and design the urban form of the Central Axis Zone from form area, greenspace system, road system, open space, axis, the skyline.This paper combines the method research with concrete practice of urban form, to work out a reasonableand feasible design method and control measure of urban form, and hope that this research could providesome valuable references for the theory and practice of urban planning and urban design．...
