Coordination Study Of Yin Ruins’ Protection And The Yin Du District Of An Vane’s City Construction

The Yin ruins located in Yin du district of An yang in Henan Province are theruins of the late Shang Dynasty capital, with important historical value, academic valueand cultural value in them, so they need good protection. However, with the developmentof economy and society in Anyang City, the contradiction between the city developmentand construction of Yin du district and the protection of Yin ruins showing increasinglyserious situation. How to coordinate the relationship between the sites’ protection andcity’s construction, turn the contradiction to harmonious, with the rapid development ofurbanization, which does not affect the city’s development and construction in Yin duDistrict, but also to protect and make good use of Yin ruins, realize the integration of cityand civilization, becoming a practical problem to the management of city builders.In this paper, Based on the sites protection theory and city planning theory for cityfunction, city structure, city landscape, through the investigation and Study on therelationship between Yin ruins’ protection and the city construction of Yin du District inAnyang city where Yin ruins located, and the analysis of Yin du District of Anyang City,the realistic case in the coordination method of Yin ruins protection and Yin du District’scity construction, discusses the mode of great site protection and construction of the cityin harmony:First,the coordination of sites protection and the city construction is not going toaccomplish at one stroke, city structure, city function and site protection is connected witheach other, when a link among them changes, other factors will change accordingly, thecoordination of sites protection and the city construction is actually the city structure, cityfunction and site protection’s dynamic equilibrium state.Second, only by restricted or forbidden city development and construction in sitesprotection area, is bad for the mitigation of contradiction of city development andprotection and the real protection of sites. We must deal with the relationship of thecity and the sites macroscopically in the city overall planning,regard the sites as a partof the city,through the coordination of sites protection and city function, city structure,city landscape, to achieve mutual coordination of city construction and protection ofthe site, so that the great site protection into the virtuous circle of "protection,utilization, development and protection".
