In many complex concrete structures, self-compacting concrete has the tremendoussuperiority compared to the ordinary vibrated concrete due to the excellent performance.The self-compacting concrete is adapted to the development of modern concrete works,which is an an important innovation in the history of concrete technology. This articlefrom durable self-compacting concrete job evaluation method, the amount ofcementitious material composition and performance of self-compacting concrete impacton the self-respect of the relationship between work-compacting concrete and mobilitybetween research, obtained under above the main conclusions of durable concreteself-compacting high performance engineering applications provide scientific andtechnological support:(1) Cementitious material in the amount of460kg/m3~520kg/m3range, reducingthe amount of cementitious material impact on the T500test results and the expansion ofconcrete is not very significant, but the U-shaped instrument test results and GTM(stability screening test) test results increases with the decrease in the amount ofcementitious material, U-shaped instrument Δh reached30mm, GTM value reached13%, when the amount of cementitious material concrete below460kg/m3, will does notmeet the self-compacting concrete work requirements.(2) Tests showed that the use of slump flow, T500, U-shaped instrument, L-shapedinstrument single test method and the results are not an accurate characterization ofself-compacting concrete work was evaluated, must use two or more test methods forconcrete to characterize the nature of work, in order to better self-compacting concreteworkability be properly described.(3) The workability of self-compacting concrete was improved when cement werereplace by fly ash and slag within a reasonable content, the reason is that the yield stressdecreased and the viscosity increased, respectively, but the changes of yield stress wasthe main reason which influencing the flow properties of self-compacting concrete.(4) The work of self-compacting concrete determination of rheological parametersindex and concrete mixture (yield stress is and plastic viscosity is) to fit thedegree of self-compacting concrete expansion (D) and rheological parameters of the relation of D=744-0.316-11.4; self-compacting concrete filled U-meter heightdifference Δh (H) and rheological parameters of the relation of H=(0.0029+4.22)2+(5.15-10.8)2-22.5; self-compacting concrete T500(T) and rheological parameters ofthe relation of T=1.957+0.006+0.255.
