Research On Spatial Layout In MSMEs Entrepreneur Park

Since reform and opening-up, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises((hereinafter referred to as MSMEs) have risen suddenly as a new force and got rapiddevelopment in our country. The outstanding contribution to aspects such as changingsystem,providing employment, promoting innovation,expanding exports, and drivingdevelopment as well, which enables MSMEs to become a newly emerging force inpropelling urbanization process. Meanwhile, the widespread existing problems in MSMEssuch as messy and scattered layout, making full use of every opportunity, as well asinsufficient supporting service facilities, and the like, which restrict the development ofenterprises. In the context of current new-type urbanization, how to produce benefits goingalong with the economic development in the new period, and take some responsibility inthe new-type urbanization for MSMEs, which has considerable significance for the overalldevelopment of urbanization nationwide.The MSMEs entrepreneur park is the carrier of material and space, which couldaccommodate MSMEs under the background of new-type urbanization. Based on thespatial layout of MSMEs entrepreneur park,the dissertation explores the problems of howto design spatial layout in the entrepreneur park in order to meet the requirement ofMSMEs. Also, the dissertation sorts out theoretical research, practical development, aswell as other related supporting theories at home and abroad, following by distinctcharacteristics differences between entrepreneur park and traditional industrial park are tobe analyzed in detail. From the perspective of macro-level, a mutual influencingmechanism between spacial layout and factors such as field, industry, function, enterpriseand image in the entrepreneur park will be pointed out, and then put forth layoutprinciple,featuring suitability, systematicness, persistence, agglomeration and artistry,along with spatial layout concept with the feature of compact&intensive, high-efficientclassification and ecological harmony. From the micro point of view, place enterprises first,the dissertation focuses on the scale characteristics and requirement of medium-sizedenterprises, small-sized enterprises, and macro-sized enterprises respectively, with the goalof “enterprise habitability” and indicates that the entrepreneur park should be divided intobasic areas in spatial terms such as distribution area for medium-sized enterprises,clustering area for small-sized enterprises, industrial workshop for macro-sized enterprises, warehousing logistics area and integrated service area, etc.And the dissertation proposesthe spatial layout pattern, characterized by centripetal closure type, lattice group type,along with mixed type,which have common significance and application value.Through thereal-life case of Lijin North MSMEs entrepreneur park, the dissertation makes an appliedresearch on the theory of spatial layout planning in the entrepreneur park, and furtherdiscusses spatial planning design on the choice of enclosure type layout pattern in order toconstruct a livable and workable entrepreneur park, eventually promote the healthydevelopment of MSMEs.
