And the implementation of green construction is one of thesustainable development way, this paper tightly around the green construction evaluationresearch done as follows.First of all, the wide application of green building assessment system, such as BREEAMof British, LEED of American, CASBEE of Japan, GBTOOL of Canada, they are introducedand analysed, mainly includes the development process and the specific contents ofevaluation. Then, the native green building evaluation system and green constructionevaluation system was introduced. It has laid a theoretical foundation to this paper and futurestudy of green building and green construction assessment, and plays a certain reference rolefor these study.Secondly, making data envelopment analysis into green construction assessment, and themethod of data envelopment analysis theory and main models are introduced in detail,according to the actual situation, the suitable evaluation models of data envelopment analysisfor this study was selected. Then, on the basis of the domestic and international green buildingassessment system, and green construction assessment system, through field research,constructs an evaluation index system of green construction based on Data EnvelopmentAnalysis. The input index of evaluation system has human input, including the number of construction management; Finance input, including enterprise management fees, constructionmeasure fees, safety and civilized construction measure fees. The output index has the effectof use of resources, including material saving, water saving; The effect of environmentalprotection, including the garbage recycling rate of construction; The effect of constructionmanagement, including the number of personnel training of construction management, saveconstruction period.Finally, according to the evaluation system, and use two projects as example, that isGuangzhou LT square and ZJ city, they are a total of16unit project, then, conducts theempirical analysis of relative efficiency of green construction assessment. The first is that usethe CCR and BCC model of data envelopment analysis, to analysis the input and output dataof16units engineering, then obtains technical efficiency decision-making unit and technicalinefficiency decision-making unit. At this time, can make the corresponding analysis and thesort of green construction effect to technical inefficiency decision-making unit, but can’tmake effective analysis to technical efficiency decision-making unit, therefore, using thesuper efficiency model, to make further analysis of technical efficiency decision-making unit.And according to the analysis results, proposed the suggestions to improve the level of greenconstruction, such as strengthen the study of quantitative evaluation of green construction,increase green construction propaganda, make green construction standardization andinstitutionalization, establish green construction responsibility system, perfect incentivemechanism of green construction, make green construction development through scientificand technological innovation. |
