There are some differences in configuration and physics characteristic betweenaluminum composite carbon fiber core(ACCC)and traditional conductor. Thecrimping process and constructing process of aluminum composite carbon fiber coreneed specifically prepare. The research result of crimp and construction should bewidely spread in those constructions which use aluminum composite carbon fiber core.So the research has practical significance and economic benefits.In this paper,taking“220kV Xi bai po—pingsha twisted-lines construction”asresearch background, carried on an investigation in crimping, tension stringingconstruction, mechanics experimentation and fatigue life of the transmission line,aimed at aluminum composite carbon fiber core (ACCC-600/71). Main researchincludes:(1) Aimed at matched metal fittings of ACCC and influencing factors of holdingforce for conductor crimping, combined with years experiences about conductorstension, introduced performance characteristic and construction method of ACCC,and it will provide reference for similar project.(2) Based on safety, quality, cost economy and construction cycle, analyzed andconfirmed some part of special and key construction technology. Confirmed andperfected construction firm standard and technology rules deeply.(3) According as fatigue destroy of transmission lines, combining with thecharacteristic of low-radian of ACCC and the instance of mechanics, primaryanalyzed account methods of lines fatigue life.
