In Erdos area, the main factors that threaten the safe operation of high voltagetransmission line including soil erosion, local weather, collapse of mined out areaand external damage etc.Abnormal artificial patrol routine due to above factors tower foundation andtower deformation are unpredictable, higher operation cost of transmission lines,the reliability is low; when the electric power transmission line damage, should beimmediately organized the artificial transmission line, find the fault point, thisaccident processing mechanism of slow response, recovery of the grid is not timely.When the power transmission line tower inclination monitoring system, canreduce the risk of these problems. Not only reduce the operation cost of power lines,more important is to greatly improve the safety factor of line operation.This paper studied the high voltage transmission line tower inclination anglesensor technology, operation principle, GPRS/3G wireless communicationtechnology, data communication protocol, low power supply technology of on-linemonitoring system, designed for the environment of the local area tower inclinationmonitoring system, in key areas important high-voltage lines first using the set ofmonitoring system. The system integrates the tower inclination measurementfunction, wireless communication, remote parameter setting function, alarmfunction,etc. The function of the system is simple and practical, to meet the needsof operation monitoring circuit.Through the collection, statistics operation data of one years, combined withthe actual production problems, provide on-site rare information for continuousimprovement and perfection of the monitoring system of follow-up.as the operationreliability of monitoring system in Erdos grid comprehensive application andtransmission line accumulated valuable experience.
