The paper takes a2×600MW power plant for example, studying the modulatingcontrol system and making the optimization design in detail on the basis of conventionalcontrol schemes, which is implemented in the system logic. Initially,the principle of thecoordinated control system, the control system and the closed loop logic and so on areanalyzed deeply. What’s more, this paper gives much more attention on the combustioncontrol system, the steam temperature control system and the feed water controlsystem,elaborating the key control scheme. There are the unit load control loop, the RB,the boiler main control circuit, the turbine master control circuit and the fuel controlcircuit in the specific control circuits. Finally, after the debugged relevant circuits are putinto operation, adaptive capacity is improved as effectively as possible. |
