The Rural Network Planning Of Baotou City

The level of modernization in Baotou is evolving today, with the continuousimprovement of people’s living standards, the city also have a growing demand forelectricity supply. In order to ensure the supply of city’s industrial electricity andpower consumption requirements, there is a need for continuous transformation andexpand of the existing power grid. In rural areas, the power supply situation is moreserious. For the purpose of improving the supply situation, the renovation andexpansion of the existing power grid to become a problem which must be solved.Due to some institutional, policy, technical reasons in Baotou area power grid, therural power grid’s development of this region is not reasonable, there exist issueslike weak grid structure, poor reliability of power supply,low voltage qualificationrate. These problems lead directly to Baotou poor power supply situation in ruralareas, and it can not meet the local power requirements, which greatly hindered theregion’s economic development.In this paper, the topic is Baotou rural power grid. Taking into account localgeographical conditions and the actual load demand levels, it has a detailed analysisfor the programme. And according to the analysis results, it raises some additionalrecommendations to improve the rural power grid layout, so that to improve therural power supply capacity to meet the development needs of the load, and aim tofurther promote economic prosperity in rural areas.
