Concrete structure which includes cast concrete structures and precast concrete structuresis used commonly as a form of civil engineering. By the well integrity and well seismicperformance, The cast concrete structure is widely used. But it is more and more unsuited tothe development of modern society because of its high energy consumption, high pollution,high labor intensity and low efficiency of construction.In contrast, Precast concrete structures, which all of its processes can be transferred tofactories, is more green, more energy efficient and more economic security. Therefore it ismore suitable for modern requirements for the construction industry, and attracted theattention of construction and scholars in domestic and foreign.In view of this, the paper intends to analysis of pre-cast concrete columns with concreteshort and shear properties of the similarities and differences by series of concrete shortspecimens tests, attempting to provide a theoretical basis for the precast concrete columnswith the application.First, shear tests including a total of two precast concrete short and twocast concrete short, mainly through these specimens applied low cyclic horizontal loaddestruction phenomenon that is relatively short columns and precast concrete and castconcrete columns with hysteresis curve analysis of pre-cast concrete columns with concreteshort and shear properties similarities and differences, Mohr-Coulomb theory and failurecriteria using the modified formula is derived shear capacity of concrete short columns.Theresults showed that the shear behavior of precast concrete columns with cast concrete shortand fairly, and its performance is superior ductility cast concrete short column; calculated andmeasured values of concrete columns with shear capacity calculation formula proposedbasically the same.In addition, the shear test before proceeding to pull anchor performance test studyprefabricated structures connected by a set of prefabricated structures to prove reliableconnection. In this paper, the connection method to be adopted in the short column ofprefabricated reinforced bellows pulp embedded plug-anchor ligation method.In considering the three factors reinforced the nominal diameter, embedded corrugatedtube diameter and length of the anchoring conditions, making a total of48specimens, throughits continuous pulling force applied to observe the destruction of the phenomenon and collectrelevant data. After the destruction of the phenomenon and related data analysis found: Thisconnection method of anchoring and reliable performance, simple construction methods toachieve the reliability requirements of prefabricated structures connected.
