| Precast concrete shear wall structure is made by precast shear wall and cast-in-place concrete using reliable methods. The interfaces of this structure include the horizontal interface between the above and below shear wall and the vertical interface between precast shear wall and cast-in-place concrete. The load-carrying capabilities of these interfaces have a very important effect on the integral performance of the structure.The construction of horizontal interface and vertical interface of the structure is planned to be adopted in Shuang Qing New Homeland 13# neighbourhood developed by Tianjin Housing Group, where precast concrete shear wall structure had been deeply researched in order to make sure the interface effectively transferred the forces and improved the integral performance of the structure.The vertical reinforcements of the cast-in-place concrete specimen with horizontal interface and the precast concrete shear wall with horizontal interface were indirectly arranged and spliced by grout sleeves, a total of three specimens had been subjected to the reversed loads and a single-direction load. The test results indicate that the ultimate shearing capacities of the specimens are close to or larger than the ultimate shearing capacities calculated by standard code. The vertical reinforcement of the precast concrete shear wall structure with horizontal interface are also indirectly arranged and spliced by grout sleeves as the cast-in-place concrete structure.The specimens being researched are with or without rough face and the connecting reinforcements embedded in cast-in-place concrete are closed and open. The test results indicate that the specimen with rough face and the connecting reinforcements embedded in cast-in-place concrete which are open possess the better bearing capacity and better deformation performance, therefore the connecting reinforcements can play its full role and meet requirements.The construction of horizontal interface and vertical interface of the precast concrete shear wall structure presented in this papers can be consulted in design and be adopted in practical engineering. |
