In order to study the mechanical properties of two-way hollow slab arrangement ofcore barrel, Tube filler is setting according the bidirectional layout, consistent with theshear transfer. Using this method to solve the differences of stiffness and bearing capacitycaused by the one-way layout of the tube filler. In this paper, finite element softwareANSYS is used to simulate stress characteristics of the hollow slab under vertical load. Thecalculated results can agree well with the experimental results, and discusses the mainparameters (ratio of reinforcement, hollow ratio and concrete strength) on the floor stressperformance impact. Through the model, the article analysis the force characteristics underthe vertical load of the hollow slab to give a reference for engineering design. The maincontents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate stress characteristics of thehollow slab under vertical load. The calculated results can agree well with the experimentalresults. Based on the model, the article analysis stress characteristics of hollow slab. Finiteelement analysis indicated that the displacement of symmetrical position of the center lineis basically the same. The bending of two direction stiffness is basically the same.(2)Finite element software ANSYS is used to analysis the influence of the mechanicalproperties of hollow plate caused by ratio of reinforcement. The non prestressedreinforcement ratio changes in a range of0.3%-0.8%,Ultimate bearing capacity of hollowslab grown rapidly with the growth non prestressed reinforcement ratio.(3)Finite element software ANSYS is used to analysis the influence of the mechanicalproperties of hollow plate caused by concrete strength. Improving the bearing capacity canincrease the ultimate bearing capacity of hollow slab, but the influence decrease as theconcrete strength exceeds a certain value. And the vertical displacement reduce as theincrease of concrete strength.(4)Finite element software ANSYS is used to analysis the influence of the mechanicalproperties of hollow plate caused by hollow ratio. The hollow ratio changes in a range of25%-50%,Ultimate bearing capacity of hollow slab grown slowly with the growth hollowratio. However the weight of the hollow slab is reduced.(5))Finite element software ANSYS is used to analysis the stress of prestressedreinforcement under vertical load, and compared with t calculated values of standardformula. The stress increment of prestressed steel is twice as calculated values ofJGJ-2004,about1.6times of calculated value of JGJ-T92/93.This article proposed that the stress increment of prestressed steel can get value twice as calculated values of JGJ-2004when designing the hollow slab.
