With the changes in the development and construction of building structures, underground transport facilities and underground commercial space, excavation accident rate is gradually increased, As one of the core content of project management, deep excavation security management requires innovative management theory and methods, changes in existing safety management and safety management system made an urgent request.In this paper, the security system of consciousness as a guide, firstly, deep excavation accidents are analyzed by the collected examples excavation accident, then summarizing and elaborating the internal and external reasons in accidents separately, accidents analysis of deep excavation is an important cause of safety systems management. Secondly, combinating the ecosystem concept, applying it to deep excavation safety tentatively, proposing the concept of deep excavation safety management of ecosystems and the meaning and structure of the system while the nature of system evaluation model is proposed.Under the nature of the system evaluation model framework proposed, which is divided into macro-part and micro-part the former refers to the research object to deep excavation safety management body, believes the safety management system is in line with the main dissipative structures features, starting from the entropy principle to establish safety management the positive entropy and negative entropy index content related to safety management, scoring for the importance and the probability of indicators by subjective expert assessment method, by entropy calculations to determine effectiveness of safety management and safety management body of the project; Based on the pit itself, the governing body for security management must focus on deep excavation pit itself, and monitoring to excavation pit body not reflects the security situation, but also the surrounding pit, and monitoring results can be seen as the basis of other side of safety management, which can be a direct response to the health and safety management of deep excavation ecosystem, so the microscopic section presents the concept of health assessment on health level which has been designed, and processing monitoring data in use of matter-element extension evaluation method to determine their health levels,and provide guidance for project safety management practices.The macroscopic part and microscopic part of the evaluation made by the research and analysis, in favor of deep excavation safety management of the main targeted corrective measures to enhance the safety management level excavation works.
