Vibrations during aircrafts flying has always been a very complicated problem, it also may cause some serious accidents. According to the conclusion that consistency of the Aero-engine guide vanes will have significant impact on engine’s performance which is one of the resasons that causes vibrations of the aircrafts. Nowadays, factories make inspections for consistency of the vanes are all based on manual measurement by tools. This method is not advanced. So the result of manual measurement is imprecise which leaves the potential problems to the safety flying of the aircraft. For this situation, we proposed a method which measured the diversion angle of guide vanes off-line.This thesis described why surge generated and how to prevent it and proposed an improved method about measurement of diversion angle and designed an automatic detecting device. Firstly, for the purpose of excluding the interference from noise points to follow-up works, we reduced noise points of data obtained by measuring the vane. Then we streamlined the redundant points in data to make reconstruction more efficiency. On this basis, we used the point slicing technique that used a set of parallel planes located tangent position to three-dimensional data, obtained a series of cross-sectional profile data of vane. And then separated the point data of upper and lower surfaces. After that, we made the reconstruction of profile data and calculated the diversion angle of guide vane. Based on three sets of diversion angle, we made the contrast with each other, meanwhile we analyzed the results’mean and variance to propose a method that judge the consistence between vanes.Above works proved the improved method that measured diversion angle is feasible. And it can improve the measurement accuracy effectively. Besides this, multiple measurements can address the impact on results caused by casual errors well. On the basis of theoretical research, developed the software of the detection system. Finally based on the conclusion of whole thesis, it pointed out the works need to be done further.
