The emergency power device for the main engine of an aircraft is mainly an auxiliary power unit,so the auxiliary power unit is becoming more and more irreplaceable in the application of the domestic and foreign aviation field.Auxiliary power unit not noly start the main engine on the ground,but aslo be ready to start the main engine in the case of emergency in flight to ensure the flight safety of the aircraft.The main function of the auxiliary power unit is to provide a certain amount of high compressed air to the main engine and the aircraft environmental control system,and compressor is the key component of the auxiliary power unit.But the surge is common unsteady flow phenomena in the process of compressor operation,which limits the stable operating range of the auxiliary power unit and affects the reliability of the operation.So it is very important to study the anti-surge control and the regulation of inlet guide vane of the auxiliary power unit.The object of this paper is the auxiliary power unit which contains load compressor.Its working process is extremely complicated aerodynamic heating engineering,and the control method is the advanced full authority electronic controller.Aim at the auxiliary power unit,the main contents of this paper are as follows:According to the structure characteristics of the auxiliary power unit,the sub model of each component is established,then the mathematical model of the auxiliary power unit with the simulated surge capability is designed by solving the common working equations.The control law of the auxiliary power unit is carried out,including the starting control law,the fuel and the regulation of the inlet guide vane with different working modes,and the control law of anti-surge.The semi physical simulation platform is designed,which includes air,fuel,electricity,simulation,speed,communication and fault simulation.In the semi physical simulation platform,the starting control law,the steady state control law,the regulation of the inlet guide vane and anti-surge control are tested.The simulation show that the mathematical model of the auxiliary power unit accords with the principle of aeroengine,which correctly reflects the static and dynamic characteristics of the auxiliary power unit with the load compressor;The control law satisfies the starting process of the auxiliary power unit and the requirement of the performance with different working modes and anti-surge control.
