Abstract:In the course of Chinese railway operation, sometimes extremely rains have occuered,the railway flood disaster which triggered by the extremely rains have a serious influence on the normal order of railway traffic operation and cause great harm to people’s lives and property. Nevertheless, due to the various sorts of secondary geological disasters caused by flood, the diverse hazard modes of railway flood disaster, the existing achievements of railway flood disaster can no longer meet the requirements of administrative departments of railway for disaster prevention and mitigation. Therefore, based on previous research results,this paper focus on the hazard mode of railway flood disaster’s damage to railway and disaster emergency rescue,in order to provide the referential suggestions for disaster prevention and reduction of transport routes with the theoretical guidance. The main work accomplished and research results obtained as follows:1.On the basis of literature review,we corrected the definition of the railway flood disaster:due to rainfall or other water source caused the railway does not run normally,this phenomenon is called railway flood disaster; analyze subgrade slope failure mechanism of non-slope under rainfall, including water soak to soften the soil and slope scoured by the surface runoff;2.Having a brief description of the spatial and temporal distribution characteristic of railway flood disaster; carried out a detailed analysis to the Beijing-Kowloon line Huizhou and Heyuan area’s railway flood disaster statistic in2005,the result show landslide is the main hazard mode in railway flood disaster;and we analysis the factors induced railway flood disaster can be summarized as follows:hazard body, geological conditions along the railway,subgrade design parameters, construction, post management;3.Summarize the hazard mode of railway flood disaster,and railway infrastructure destroyed form; we take limit equilibrium method and modified catastrophe progression method analyzed non along river embankment slope stability under the effect of water immersion,the results showed that two different methods were consistent with the obtained results;4. Summing up the common railway flood disaster emergency measures, slope of rock in straw-bags’s anti-erosion stability were evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, selecting the5first level and13secondary indicators to build evaluation system, and verified by examples,the evaluation result is consistent with the real condition, showing the reasonable of evaluation system;Drawing on rock slope of manual build stability analysis method in the rock fill embankment highway, this method is used in this article, the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and trial methods are consistent, indicating the effectiveness of the slope of rock in straw-bags, and providing the rescue countermeasures to the the railway flood disaster.
