Abstract:With the so fast development of high speed railway, bridges with the box girder structure are widely used. As a main box girder fabricating tool, box girder steel side formwork, it is necessary to study the rigidity, intensity and the dynamic response of side formwork. This paper is about the study of the32-m high speed railway box girder steel formworks, which is shaped by box girder steel formworks and poured by concrete. Studied the static characteristic and dynamic characteristics of the side formwork, this work has certain reference significance to the design and application of side formwork. The quality of the side formwork is the key to the box surface quality, and the high frequency vibrator attached on the side formwork is very important to the quality of the side formwork. The works of this paper include:(1) Built the3D model of the side formwork by using the SolidWorks, introduce the details of the structures, then simplifies the structure for simulation.(2) Analyzed the static structure of the side formwork by using ANSYS, found the defects of the side formwork, and put forward effective improvement opinions to make sure the side formwork could meet the design requirements.(3) Analyzed the model of the side formwork by using ANSYS, to get the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the side formwork..(4) The harmonic response analysis of different arrangement of vibrator, get the stress response and displacement response, the results show that the2000mm is the relatively reasonable arrangement.(5) The commissioning tests of side formwork show that the simulation model is reliable and its calculation results are accurate.
