Abstract:Frequent changes in the field of construction projects and disputes between the parties involved conflicting phenomena forcing people to pay attention and think about the status of communication management communication management reform. Compared to other industries, the process of information construction industry far less, which is an important factor in the construction industry generally low efficiency of communication, but also one of the main management failed to communicate factor; Seen in this light it must need to ameliorate the management of information in communication management, on the one hand the need to improve personnel management responsibility, and on the other hand need to introduce more user-friendly information management IT tools. Construction BIM as subversive product information age, the construction industry is bound to bring great development possible. Therefore, how to draw upon the BIM concept, to complete the construction project communication management effectiveness, which will become an important development in the construction industry change research is one purpose of this study is also here.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:The first construction project elaborated the various existing communication problems, as well as project management functions for the communication requirements; BIM basic connotation and the main character.Project communication management in hierarchical segmentation and analysis based on the proposed project communication management connotation, the role and essence, the essence of communication management proposed, namely through the effective management of the relevant information, and then complete the project stakeholders the effective management to ensure timely completion of the project objectives.BIM projects inside and outside the proposed organizational structure, one taking into account the efficiency of information dissemination, and second, taking into account the needs of information integration; organizational structure within the project mainly draw matrix formed a BIM project management team as the core, BIM model-based platform organizational structure; projects with BIM organizational structure is formed as the center of radiation type organizational structure.
