The crankshaft of crank under reciprocating loading role when at work, the strength ofthe internal combustion engine is an essential part of design. Technical requirements ofcrankshaft strength checking will become more and more strictly, with the development ofdiesel engine technology.The article is based on YC6105ZLQ diesel engine crankshaft as the research object,applied the established the diesel engine three-dimensional crankshaft model, using UGCAE analysis and the workbench environment in finite element method, the transientdynamics analysis of the crankshaft.Firstly, the paper introduces research background and current situation of thedevelopment of diesel engine;Secondly,based on the background and current situation ofthe development, YC6105ZLQ diesel engine crankshaft stress and strength to carry on thedesign calculation with CAE analysis, more deeply on the top and bottom dead center placeof the crankshaft stress distribution, the crankshaft stress distribution of the inflection pointand satisfy the strength condition of system is analyzed;Thirdly,the crankshaft is obtainedby the finite element transient analysis on each point in a working period, the stress anddisplacement changes with time, by the analyzing result got the crankshaft stress underworking state, strain and the displacement, and for the improvement of the crankshaft,optimization and design provides a reliable research method; Finally, through the modalanalysis was obtained under the condition of the crankshaft in the free state and constraint,the natural frequency of vibration mode and corresponding crankshaft various points undereach corresponding mode of vibration, torsion and bending, the actual analysis according tothe results, under the constraint modal analysis of the actual situation of work more in linewith the crankshaft of crank, at high frequencies, the vibration influence to the performanceof the crankshaft, under the low natural frequency, it won’t produce effect.
