Erecting machine has been widely used for bridge construction. With the development of infrastructure construction, Erecting machine’s safety problem has been widespread concerned. In order to guarantee the safe of Erecting machine, the research of safety monitoring system has great social and economic significance.A kind of erecting machine3D remote safety monitoring system is researched. The IPC of the field monitoring system is integrated with the PLC via Industrial Ethernet which can perform collection of running parameters of erecting machine. The structural state of the erecting machine is monitored by the ZigBee wireless networks. Then the IPC sends data to the cloud server via3G. The3D remote system can access data from the cloud server. The3D model of erecting machine is drived in the GENESIS64, which realizes the remote monitoring of the bridging machine. The3D remote monitoring system of bridge erecting machine is based on the GENESIS64. This system can monitor bridge-erecting machine operating parameters and process, manage and record the operating parameters and security status, display bridge erecting machine real-time alarm information. This test shows that the system is suitable for the safety monitoring of erecting machine, and the system is significant to prevent the occurrence of accident and maintain erecting machine.Firstly, the insecurity of erecting machine in the erecting machine operating process is researched to ascertain the monitoring item. Secondly, the bridge erecting machine structure is analyzed with the finite element method to determine the location of monitoring points of the machine structure, and put forward the reinforcement and optimization scheme of the girder. Thirdly, the design of the monitoring system is determined, including field monitoring system and remote3D monitoring system. Lastly, the entire system is tested to verify its reliability and stability by experiment.
