Erecting machine is the necessary equipment of bridge construction. With the development of infrastructure, Erecting machine has been widely used, its safety problem has been widespread concerned. In order to guarantee the safe operation of Erecting machine, the research of safety monitoring and management system has great economic and social significance.The thesis researches a kind of erecting machine safety monitoring and management system. The IPC integrates seamlessly with the PLC control system via Industrial Ethernet. It can perform real time collection of running state parameters of Erecting-machine and monitor the structural state of the erecting machine by the ZigBee wireless sensor networks. Then the IPC sends data to the server via GPRS, the user can access server for monitoring data. This experiment shows that the system is suitable for the safety monitoring of erecting machine and is significant to maintain erecting machine and prevent the occurrence of sudden failure.Firstly, the thesis researches the insecurity of erecting machine based on erecting machine operating process. Secondly, the thesis researches the problem of two motor-driven institutions displacement synchronization and proposes a solution based on the cross-coupled control strategy. Thirdly, determine the design of the monitoring system and analyze the software system with Object-oriented thinking. Lastly, realize the entire system, and test its accuracy and stability by experiment.
