| The rapid development of China’s small and medium cities in the process ofgradually facing problems plagued villages, especially in the urban fringe. Suchvillages due to the lack of targeted research in specific operations often simply applythe update mode metropolitan typical villages, is not conducive to the transformationof the Health Promotion. In this paper, our small urban fringe "Nascent" Villages(hereinafter referred to as "Nascent" Villages) for the study, through the analysis ofdevelopment characteristics and features of this special area villages, drawing on ourproven transformation model villages and experience, respectively, that "newborntype" update strategy villages from the space environment, industry development andsocial equilibrium, the update targets to achieve multi-level, to promote sustained andstable development of small and medium cities.
