In our country, the rocket is an important member of defense weapons, which hasgreat power of firepower fierce, good mobility mainly for long distance and deep combatmission. But the rockets ability of anti-interference is poor, such as vulnerable to wind,initial disturbance and the imbalance of the thrust eccentricity, mass distribution andmany other factors, seriously affect the rockets shooting density and accuracy. In order toimprove the rockets system stability and reliability, the rocket launcher system researchis of great significance to lower the initial disturbance effect. Rocket launcher servosystem mainly includes the traversing mechanism and elevating mechanism, thetraversing mechanism mainly responsible for rockets transverse direction angleadjustment, the elevating mechanism mainly in charge of the longitude direction angleadjustment. It has great significance to reduce the initial disturbance to improve thestability and reliability of the rocket servo control system.Based on the structure of existing rocket launcher, the paper used joint computermodeling and simulation technology, combined with its characteristics and thedevelopment trend of the future, finally designed a multiple rocket launchers servosystem to adapt to the high mobility of modern local war.First of all, according to the work requirement of the rocket follow-up device, thepaper designed the servo hydraulic system and carried on the theoretical analysis and aswell, preliminary planned the follow-up hydraulic system diagram mainly focusing onrocket traversing mechanism, through analyzing the operation condition and staticanalysis of the follow-up device, determined the model and the related parameters of thehydraulic cylinder and servo valve.Secondly, the mathematical model of valve controlling cylinder system isestablished, designed the feedback system, determined the transfer function of systemand the open-loop system, calculate the relevant parameters, prepared for the later jointsimulation analysis.Finally,the mechanical model of rocket launcher system has been built in Adams.The AMESim software has been used to build the hydraulic system of the rocket.MATLAB software is used for system control, and finally wrote control strategy in the MATLAB/Simulink platform. Data exchange between the joint simulation analysisthrough data interface, and respectively to join PID controller and fuzzy self-adjustingPID controller parameters, improving the stability, response, quickness and accuracy ofthe system, concluded that the best control effect, it can be concluded that rockets for thecomprehensive performance of servo system have greatly improved, provides effectivereference and basis for further practical application.
