In this dissertation, research on off-line parameter self-adjusting and parameter identification of asynchronous machine, is comprehensively studied through analysis, arithmetic, simulation and experiment.Research on off-line parameter self-adjusting and parameter identification of asynchronous machine, provides the guarantee for improving control performance of asynchronous machine, so as to make use of better, and more accurate control mode into practical project.Because the convertor and the motor are not always matching in the project, it needs the professional engineer to reset the convertor before the motor run. It is a complex and time-consuming process. This thesis presents arithmetic for off-line parameter self-adjusting, and writes program with C language. Also the arithmetic has been realized on a hardware experiment plat with a 2.2KW motor, it can test the parameter of motor automatically before it run, in order to provide the parameter for control systems. When the motor runs, the parameter will be changed due to the rise of the temperature, which will affect the stability of motor, so it needs on-line parameter identification. This thesis makes the theory analysis and method summarization of on-line parameter identicication, in order to make the foundation for the next work. The realization of arithmetic is based on hardware experiment system. This thesis makes the detailed introduction of hardware experiment system, including the design of main circuit, IGBT driver and protecting circuit, and DSP digital controller. This thesis also makes the simulation of experiment methods used MATLAB software. The simulations results show that the proposed methods can practicably be used in this experiment.
