In the case of a global shortage of resources and serious pollution, LED lamps havecharacteristics of long service life, high reliability and energy conservation and environmentalprotection, so they became the fourth generation light source after the incandescent lamps,neon lamps and gas discharge lamps. Although the theory lifetime of LED lamps is very long,but there is a grate gap between the actual lifetime and theory life,and it is necessary to studylife characteristics of LED lamps. And LED lamps are long life and high reliability products,so it is necessary to study their accelerated life testings. This paper mainly studiesoptimization of LED street lamps accelerated life testing theory scheme with the theory ofTRIZ,then analytic hierarchy process and gray comprehensive evaluation method are appliedto evaluate the optimization schemes,finally determining the best testing scheme.With LED street lamps as the research object, the relevant concepts of LED and thetheory of TRIZ are introduced in this paper, and the TRIZ theory was applied to LED streetlamps accelerated life testing theory scheme optimization. Through to the contradictionanalysis of LED street lamps constant stress accelerated life testing, obtaining a pair oftechnical contradiction constituted of "time loss (25)" and "reliability(27)", and throughchecking contradiction matrix table, getting the corresponding principle of invention,respectively are "asymmetric (4)","prior action(10)" and "flexible shells or thin film (30)".Then to get LED street lamps accelerated life testing theory optimization schemes based onthe invention principles of TRIZ theory provides, progressive stress accelerated life testingwas determined as No.1scheme; degressive stress accelerated life testing was determined asNo.2scheme; step-up-stress accelerated life testing was determined as No.3scheme;step-down-stress accelerated life testing was determined as No.4scheme; and residualaccelerated life testing was determined as No.5scheme. Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) andgray comprehensive evaluation method are applied to evaluate the five kinds of optimizationschemes, and both the evaluation results are that No.4scheme: step-down-stress acceleratedlife testing is the best testing scheme, as a result,"step-down-stress accelerated life testing" isthe best testing scheme.
