Due to the unique climate of our region, winter lasts more and there is more snow.Therefore, one of the current urgent affairs is to find a way to snow cleaning which ismore efficient, simply structured and low costing. Compared with snow-melting agent,physics of microwave and artificial snow removal, snowplow machine was developedrapidly abroad because of its range applications, low consumption, high efficiencyand less pollution. This study lists the mechanical and physical properties of the snowon the basis of the analysis of the study on snow equipment and methods at home andabroad and put forward a kind of working principle and design scheme, designcalculation and institutional innovation which is suitable for the situation of the region.Carry FEM analysis of the important parts of the snowplow by using ANSYSWorkbench, check calculation to the important transmission part of the snowplow andestablish the3D modeling of every part and components in it and create a3D modelof it. This paper deeply exposes the small road machine snowplow and makes furtherimprovements to the institutions and designs that kind of snowplow equipment.Following key technologies will used for the first time in this project study,1. Created the3D physical model of the snowplow by utilizing UG NX7.0software3D modeling and assembly technology and finished the3D physical modeldevice mold of the complete machine and completed equipment plan.2. Manipulated the design optimization of FEA analysis and processed the finiteelement mashing to key parts of the brush and carried on the finite element dynamicanalysis...
