Conceptual design is a creative activity.In the whole life cycle of product design,conceptual design work determines three-quarters of the production cost.The result of the conceptual design will directly affect the performance,quality,cost and economic benefits of the product.In the work of product development and improvement of product design level,scientific design methods play an important role.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the research on product design methods.Taking into account the importance of conceptual design,this paper studies the programming and intelligent solution method of conceptual design.Using matrix as a tool,it studies many aspects such as the solution of tensile machine design plan and the optimization evaluation of the design plan.The purpose is to obtain a pipe pile pre-stressed tensioning machine that not only meets the needs of customers but also meets the functional structure through the research of conceptual design theory and methods.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Obtain customer needs through survey methods,use KJ method to organize customer demand items obtained through multiple channels into a hierarchical structure,use RAHP to calculate the basic importance of customer needs;use KANO model to classify customer demand items,and use transfer functions Calculate the adjustment coefficient of the importance of customer needs;through market competitiveness analysis,calculate the original level improvement rate and the level improvement rate adjusted according to the KANO model classification,and finally synthesize the calculation results based on the basic importance of RAHP customer needs and the results of market competitiveness analysis.The importance of customer needs expressed in rough numbers and rough intervals.Finally,use the house of quality tool in QFD to map customer needs to technical requirements and determine the effective parameters for the design of the pipe pile automatic tensioning machine.(2)Firstly,based on the method of functional basis,the functional structure and functional model of the pipe pile automatic tensioning machine were established,and the working principle of the tensioning machine was analyzed;then the functional directed graph of the tensioning machine was constructed and passed the adjacency matrix and the incidence matrix.It expresses the transfer relationship between energy flow and signal flow.Finally,the morphological matrix method is used to initially solve the design plan that meets the tension principle.(3)The design solution method based on function chain and matrix formula is studied.According to the established tensioning functional chain and anchoring functional chain,a functional correlation matrix and a functional-element matrix are constructed,and two tensioning machine structural schemes that meet the functional requirements and the physical structure are obtained through matrix operations.(4)The optimization evaluation method of design schemes based on similarity theory and weighted scoring is studied,the similarity theory and the definition of generalized distance are introduced,the scheme evaluation model is designed,and the evaluation index of tensioning machine scheme is given.Using this evaluation model,the optimal structural design plan of the tensioning machine that not only meets the needs of users but also satisfies the evaluation indicators is obtained.
