| Based on the new methods and requirements of water resources argumentation, taking the Watang river reservoir power station construction in Wuxi County of Chongqing as a case, it has been carried out research for comprehensive utilization of small reservoir power station construction in mountain area. The main conculusions are as follows:1. Based on the investigation and analysis, the rejion of small reservoir power station in mountain area has many of the natural features such as abundant water, relatively stable runoff, vegetation, water quality good and multip functions as water supply, irrigation, flood control, power generation, environmental protection and so on. The project is so small but functional, it is need to comprehensivily analysis that using water rational, water reliable, water saving targeted, water back to the area reasonable.2. Starting from the analysis of the present situation of water source and environment and related factors, it has been detaily analysised that the project’s water resource reliabile, rationale, feasibile, and that the water source feasible, saving water potential, water withdrawal effects and the potential diversification development. And it has been made plan for water project to use water, to withdrawal of water, to save water, to protect water sourses.3. Combined with the actual river reservoir power station project, it was put forward the general idea of water source structure optimization, water securityand comprehensive development and utilization for the small power project in mountainous. It was also put forward the principle to comprehensive development of water sourses, as the people-oriented, human water harmony, suit one’s measures to local conditions, the amount of water and saving, and reasonable development, and utilization of of protection.etc.The study results show that corrct way was to comprehensive utilization and sustainable developing for small power statiao in mountain. It can be reference to the smillar projet. |
