The water resources are important, irreplaceable natural resources and economic resources. According to the development task and scale of the Hydro-project of Gushan, the object of the water resources demonstration is the water in power generating and navigation; the goal of it is in order to analyze the project's impact on the power generating, navigation and other water-fetching users of the Han River stretch after the project is built, and the measure that should be taken; the content of the demonstration includes the dependability of water-fetching source, the rationality of water-fetching, the influence of drainage and the project's compensate scheme, etc.; the purpose of the demonstration is in order to develop the water resources rationally , ensure the water resources optimal distribution and sustainable utilization of Han River, support the sustainable development of the local society and economy with the sustainable utilization of the water resources, strengthen the water resources'management under the watershed administrative department and offer the scientific basis of the examination and approval of fetching water for the Hydro-project of Gushan.
