With the rapid economic development of China’s science and technology, largespan cable-stayed bridge start to appear. The span constantly refresh record, structuremodels are more and more novel.however, this development put forward higherrequirements for construction technology, along with the development of thecable-stayed bridge is the construction of a series of uncertainty. we must give highdegree of attention to it, accident will bring a series of losses. Therefore, theestablishment of bridge engineering risk assessment system, risk assessment studiesduring bridge construction theory and methods to grasp the overall risk to developappropriate and effective measures to ensure the safe and smooth progress ofconstruction.This article on the background of Dongshuimen Yangtze Bridge construction inChongqing. Using qualitative and the quota two methods to the diagonal cable bridgestructure risk analysis theory and the method and the countermeasure developmentsystematic characteristic and the integrity research analysis.First, according toresearch bridge building risk assessment domestic and foreign present situationfoundation, summarized has carried on the risk assessment to the bridge the necessityand the significance.Through the statistical analysis bridge construction periodsecurity accident, summarizes the bridge risk situation type, the use qualitativeanalysis method unifies the Delphi method to carry on the risk recognition, lists therisk source examination table.Using the analytic hierarchy process union fuzzycomprehensive judgment, carries on computation sorting to various risks factorweight, distinguishes in the construction process the main security risk factor andcarries on the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation to the risk situation, judges the riskrank level.Next application large-scale general finite element software Midas/civiltilts the accident to the crane to carry on the risk scene simulation, makes thesimulation analysis to the bridge structure in the accident endogenic forcedisplacement change, analyzes this risk situation to the structure influence.Finally,tilts the loss to the crane which the accident causes,establishes the consequenceestimate model, the introduction consequence when the mensuration carries on thequantification to the bridge construction risk loss to estimate, and proposes thecorresponding control measure. The analysis result on Dongshuimen Yangtze River bridge is consistent with theactual situation, it provides an important reference to the engineering management.
