Nowadays, our country has entered the vigorous development period of subway construction. As more and more cities have opened subway lines, ensuring the safety and comfort of subway operation has become a inevitable development direction, and it will produce an important effect on the healthy and stable development of the city and the safe travel of the residents. The track is the foundation of subway operation. Track irregularity will directly affect the subway operation safety, equipment service life and comfortable travel of the residents. Due to the differences between railway and subway, and subway lines in different structures, such as viaducts and underground lines, are also different. So the research results about the line state of the railway cannot be directly used in the subway.Based on the basis of research status of line state prediction, viaduct line and information management of subway at home and abroad, the variation characteristics of track irregularity of subway viaduct line are analyzed in this paper by using a large number of measured data, and the line state prediction model based on weighted combination is established and verified, the measured data processing and analysis software is developed. The main contents are as follows:(1) Through the processing and contrast of each irregularity index, the development and changes of track irregularity of subway viaduct line have been analyzed, the periodic variation of track irregularity has been discovered, the index characteristics of deterioration have been studied, and track irregularity changes are different during different periods. For track irregularity in different structures, such as viaducts and underground lines, the deterioration in viaducts is worse than the deterioration in underground lines because of the structural differences and different influences of environment and climate.(2) By using linear regression prediction model and grey system prediction model, the linear regression&GM (1,1) based on weighted combination is established and verified. Through the calculation of evaluation index and results analysis, prediction accuracy of the combined model is higher, the overall fitting is better. With the accumulation of data, the model can follow the development trend of the original data and be used for practical prediction.(3) According to all kinds of business needs of the track geometry car detection, the overall system functions are analyzed, the functional modules are designed in detail. The functions implementation of the measured data processing and analysis software have greatly helped the subway company to control the quality of lines, to realize the electronization of detection data, and to implement the informatization of daily business process and the intelligentization of business logic.
