With the popularization of information technology, the major traditional industries havechanged dramatically. Since the features of compact and lightweight, concealment and ease ofuse, the mobile Internet has become an indispensable part of people’s lives. In recent years, the mobile internet is developing very quickly, the market potential is great. It is an attractiveprospect, then it has brought great changes to the traditional areas of people’s basic necessitiesof life, health and medical, communication and so on. In foreign countries, health and medicalfields has been very fruitful, but China is not. This article was based on the background of the mobile internet and the rapiddevelopment of sensor technology, focused on people’s health and mining the demand ofexperience. It used the mobile fitness application as a starting point of research and the flowtheory was applied to design to stimulate the user flow experience. The flow as a positiveemotional experience, affects the intrinsic motivation of the user directly. It can better exploitthe user needs and generate a multidimensional interactive effect, so it has important theoryvalue and realistic significance.First of all, this article carried on the elaboration to the flow theory and defined thefitness, mobile fitness application and other concepts, as a theoretical basis and practicalcarrier paper. Secondly, the author used a variety of methods to study the basic situation ofgroup fitness, the user behavior and emotional experience, then summarized the flowexperience relevant elements and users’ requirements. Then, on the basis of previous researchbased on flow theory and relevant of interaction design, the aughor constructed the model ofher own; and put forward the design strategy and specific design methods. Finally, it came topractice of design, this part took theoretical research results into practice, the author hopedthat through goals, challenges, incentive mechanisms to guide, motivate the user, so the usercould get the perfect flow experience, so as to lay the groundwork to enhance the userviscosity. Finally, the author summarized the research results and made some prospects forfuture research. At this point, the author hoped that the research results can make a modestcontribution to the field of mobile experience.
