As new energy power generation, mainly wind power and photovoltaic, have characteristics of intermittent and volatility, it has been more and more significant that the large-scale access of new energy power generation make the voltage and frequency of the grid fluctuate frequently. Therefore, The introduction of energy storage system is an important method to increase the grid reserves in the future, and energy generation access proportion of the wind power and photovoltaic energy. It has a key role in the safe and stable operation of the acceptance of new energy and power grid. The scheme of building Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS) by applying energy storage technology to coordinate control the fluctuations between the power grid and the wind-solar power has been gradually get more and more attention.This article has analyzed the characteristics of wind power and solar power, and proposed Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS) based on the natural complementary characteristics between wind and solar power and the characteristics of real-time charge-discharge of energy storage system. To cope with the problem caused by the strong randomness and volatility, a storage system smoothing control strategy based on the weighted moving average adaptive filtering algorithm is proposed in this paper. This method can effectively smooth the power fluctuations and coordinate the power fluctuation between Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS) and power grid by adjusting weights and filter bandwidth timely according to the volatility of wind-solar power and current state of charge (SOC) of the storage system. Finally, take the volatility rate constrains into account in research of coordinated control strategy of Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS), with the historical data of a wind-solar power in a demonstration unit, the simulation of coordination control strategy of Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS) was done by programming in MATLAB. And the results of the effectiveness and correctness of the strategy was demonstrated, which provided a reliable basis for the coordinated control of Wind-Solar-Battery Hybrid Power System (WSBHPS).
