With the improvement of power electronic device manufacturing technology advances and converter technology based on IGBT inverter device widely used in the power system, the problems they generate electromagnetic disturbance is also increasingly a cause for concern. As the basic unit converter, power electronics power unit, which is mainly composed of IGBT, capacitors and cables and other devices, charged with the duties of the current transformation. In the course of their work, due to frequent switching of the IGBT, and a variety of coupling between devices in each of its other reasons, the power unit produces a high electromagnetic disturbance. The existence of electromagnetic disturbance will have a bad effect at the normal operation of the power unit itself, the normal operation of other electrical equipment, and even endanger the personal safety.Support by the "photovoltaic plant power prediction and research relationship with the environment," the863Project, this paper studies electromagnetic harassment of the power electronic power unit. Firstly, analyze the mechanism of electromagnetic disturbance of power electronic power unit, presented in time domain and frequency domain methods of computation power electronic power unit electromagnetic disturbance, and analyzed the characteristics of the two methods to determine the power applied to analyze time-domain electromagnetic disturbance unit method. Then measure the actual external radiation and internal radiation power electronic power unit, analyzes the characteristics of the electric field distribution of external radiation and internal power unit of the electric field distribution, determine the area of strong internal radiation harassment.
