| With the rapid development of energy-saving technologies,government lays more attentions on Energy Conservation of distribution network via policy support.And our country find it’s way to developing the research of Energy loss reduction in the future.The wide range of applications of energy conservation lead to the amount of distribution network loss. Still it should be not only taking the efficiency of energy-saving programs into consideration,but also considering the factors, such as security and economy to evaluate the programs.Therefore,study the saving potential indicators of energy-saving programs comprehensively and improving the evaluation method will do much more contributions to mining capabilities of energy reduction overall the distribution network.This paper firstly study the current energy-saving technologies and associated evaluation methods,then brings Multilevel Fuzzy Appraisal into focus when improving the method of evaluating the potential of energy-saving programs.On this basis,the paper takes into consideration of the factors which influence the capability of energy-saving programs to reduce energy loss from respects of efficiency,security and economy,and then figure out the energy-saving potential comprehensive evaluation of distribution network based on multilevel fuzzy appraisal.In the last part of this paper.Finally,the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method are verified on the IEEE36standard network by means of using MATLAB software.The energy-saving potential comprehensive evaluating of distribution network based on multilevel fuzzy appraisalThe evaluating method mentioned in the paper comprehensively considers the energy reducing indicators so as to quantify the potential of each programs.A implement of this evaluating method could play a role in improving the ability of reducing energy loss in the distribution grid and give promotion effect to come true the dream to be resource saving and environment friendly. |
