In recent years, with the energy prices rising and electricity demand soaring, promoting building energy efficiency obtaining people’s attention. In the building envelope, wall heating energy consumption in the largest proportion, approximately32.1%~36.2%of total energy consumption. At present, there are many kinds of thermal insulation material of walls, but they all have some gaps and weaknesses, developing new thermal insulation material is extremely urgent and imperative.Fiber-reinforced composite materials insulation board is composed of the raw materials:eps pells, cement, fly ash, re-dispersible latex powder, hollow fiber, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydrophobic powder. It is high-strength and light-weight, heat insulation, which can be prefabricated at the factory to achieve mass production, increase labour productivity, and trimmed, assembled at the construction site, improving construction efficiency.This article from the perspective of optimal ratio of fiber-reinforced composite materials insulation boards, researching the effects of raw materials on the main property of the insulation board. It is found out that, the insulation board added with certain level of polystyrene particles is superior than the insulation board added with single-particle in the thermal conductivity, with the eps pellets content increasing, the the thermal conductivity of insulation board decreases and then increases; the insulation board added with42.5level ordinary portland cement is superior than32.5level ordinary portland cement in mechanical properties, and with the cement content increasing, the insulation board’s tensile strength and compressive strength increases; fly ash instead of part cement, can effective reduced insulation board of thermal coefficient, with the fly ash content increasing, all the tensile strength and compressive strength and thermal conductivity decrease; The increase of re-dispersible latex powder can significantly improve insulation board’s tensile strength, and compressive strength, but there is no effects on the thermal conductivity; hollow fiber can improve insulation board’s tensile strength, and compressive strength, as the increase of hollow fiber content, can obviously reduced insulation board’s dry contraction value; the increase of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose will gradually reduced insulation board’s tensile strength, and compressive strength, and softening coefficient; hydrophobic powder can significantly reduce water absorption of the insulation boards, but little effect on the tensile strength and compressive strength.Components by experimental study on determining the best volume:eps pellets with dosage of9.5kg/m3, ordinary portland cement of42.5R with dosage of195kg/m3; fly ash with dosage of28kg/m3, re-dispersible latex powder with dosage of2.5kg/m3, hollow fiber with dosage of0.85kg/m3, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose with dosage of2.1kg, hydrophobic powder with dosage of2.5kg/m3.Finally, according to grassroots wall, identify a fiber reinforced composite insulation board in exterior wall external insulation system in the basic building, stating that the system design to its construction process and key construction operations, effectively ensure the standardization of construction and system of play.
