The demand for construction is growing with rapid economic development. Soft soil foundation has to be used, for continuous floor increase and land expansion.In recent years, because of the frequent natural disasters, human have to endure in calculable economic losses and our security is threatened, thus more strict requirements for foundation have been proposed.Vibroflotation is the most commonly used foundation treatment method. Vibroflot is a major tool to vibroflotation method implementation; it has been the research object of the experts and scholars.This thesis is mainly to structural mechanics analysis in75kW vibroflot. It is concluded from analysis that zero amplitude point is not on the shock absorber of the vibroflot, but below the motor, through field test vibrator data and three-dimensional modeling by Solidworks software. So in this thesis, the structure of the vibrator is changed on the basis of the original model, a new and final model is obtained, its zero amplitude point is at the appropriate location and above the motor, by changing the weight and length of motor and shell, the number of eccentric block.On this basis, the amplitude optimization is studied. The structure of the final model is further changed, research shows that increasing the number of eccentric block can effectively increase the amplitude of the vibroflot, but mutual restrictive relationships exist between amplitude and zero amplitude point, under the premise of zero amplitude is in proper position, the extent of amplitude increase is little.Simultaneously, the relationships among amplitude are also studied. The smaller the eccentricity is, the smaller the amplitude will be. In specific construction, suitable amplitude and centrifugal force can be selected in different soil for the best effect of vibroflotation. Considering the influence of measurement error and simplified three-dimensional modeling, experimental analysis is carried out. Parameters of vibroflot, such as modal parameters, the top amplitude, zero amplitude point, power and other parameters, is obtained, through analysis of the modal and performance parameter by sensors, data acquisition card and PC machines and other means of measurement, thus providing reference for the design of vibroflot.Vibroflotation is a concealed engineering construction, it is very difficult to investigate the quality of pile body directly. This article designs a LabVIEW-based monitoring system for vibrator loads to monitor current, voltage and temperature of bearings and eccentrics, providing intuitive figures show when vibrator works.This design mainly includes the following aspects:1) Mechanical analysis and three-dimensional modeling of vibrator.2) Structural optimization design according to the problems of vibrator.3) Further research on optimization amplitude of vibrator.4) Experimental modal analysis of vibrator.5) Experimental performance parameter analysis of vibrator.6) Design of a LabVIEW-based monitoring system for vibrator loads, providing data collection, user and data management and other functions.
