Compared with ordinary concrete,Self-compacting concrete,Self-compactinglightweight aggregate and plastic concrete both have unique advantages. Combiningthe research of plastic concrete and self-compacting concrete, the new concrete is notonly free vibration, self-compacting, light weight,but also can consume a certainamount of waste plastic, improve the workability and mechanical properties ofself-compacting concrete, fully reflecting the concept of green concrete.Currently, many scholars have carried out a mount of research on the threeconcretes. However, studies of the two kinds of self-compacting concrete modifiedwith plastic particles is difficult to find. Based on the research of the three kinds ofconcrete in their respective fields, this article will research three kinds of concrete fora certain combination and conduct a series of research trials for the new type of highperformance concrete.The main contents include:(1)Mix proportion design of self-compacting concrete. The initial mixproportions is ensured by using improved overall calculation method. After alaboratory test with a lot of work, combining with self-compacting concretespecification requirements, the amount of each material were adjusted to get thereasonable mix proportion design.(2)Experimental study of self-compacting plastic particles modified ordinaryaggregate concrete workability and mechanical properties. According to the methodof the same volume of replacing fine aggregate by using the plastic particle, preparefive concrete containing the plastic particles is0%,5%,8%,10%,15%. By relevanttests, research the workability and mechanical properties and investigate the of the theinfluence of plastic particles mixed with self-compacting concrete.(3)Experimental study of self-compacting plastic particles modified lightweightaggregate concrete workability and mechanical properties. On the basis of the generalaggregate concrete research, further research is carried out to study workability andmechanical properties of self-compacting lightweight aggregate concreteincorporating of plastic particles. (4)Experimental study of autogenous shrinkage of two different kinds ofaggregates self-compacting concrete incorporating plastic particles. Put research onautogenous shrinkage of two different kinds of self-compacting concreteincorporating plastic particles content of8%, and compare to not mixed with plasticpellets with a control group. Study the influence of plastic particles for autogenousshrinkage of the two kinds self-compacting concrete.The results show that: when the incorporation of plastic particles is between8%to10%, the workability and compressive, tensile and flexural strengthself-compacting concrete of two different aggregate are improved to some extent; theincorporation of plastic particles can decreases modulus of elasticity and freeshrinkage of self-compacting concrete.
