Fiber reinforced self-compacting lightweight concrete is composted by fiber and self-compacting lightweight concrete, it will not only exert the benefits of various materials maximize, but also can provide good characteristics that a single material do not have. Mixing fibers in the self-compacting lightweight concrete, not only retain the excellent performance of fresh self-compacting concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, but also greatly increase their crack resistance, toughness and impermeability, make it meet the requirements of new building materials greatly. This paper mix different contents of chopped basalt fiber with self-compacting lightweight concrete, makes theoretical analysis and experimental study about mix proportions and performance and mechanical properties. This paper adopts improved calculation method and considers the water absorption of lightweight aggregate, through a large number of tests obtains the mix of SCLC40, and incorporates different content of chopped basalt fibers with self-compacting lightweight concrete, makes experimental study about workability(Slump-flow,J-Ring,L-Box,V-funnel) and mechanical properties(compression strength, cleavage extension, splitting tensile strength, elastic ratio),and comparative analysis the test date with self-compacting lightweight concrete that do not incorporate fiber, results are as follows:(1):adopts the method of improving the content of water reducer, without affecting the strength of self-compacting lightweight concrete, successfully solves the problem of fiber can lead to decreased mobility of fresh concrete, obtains the relationship between water reducer and fiber content by data fitting.(2):makes experimental study about workability referring the test method and related indicators of EFNARC, the results show that each group of fiber aggregate self-compacting lightweight concrete can meet the workability evaluation standards of EFNARC and achieve self-compacting requirements.(3):makes experimental study about mechanical properties referring the《Mechanical properties of ordinary concrete test method standards》(GB/T50051-2002), the results show that chopped basalt fiber can cause self-compacting lightweight concrete compression strength and elastic ratio lower, with fiber content increased, splitting tensile strength increased and cleavage extension increased first and then decreased.
