Rough terrain cranes with cross-country and the characteristics of drivingload, compared with ordinary automobile crane has the following advantages:off-roadperformance is more superior, can adapt to different work environmentrequirements, compact structure, light weight, small size, good load of drivingperformance, chassis suspension mode for hydro pneumatic suspension, obviousdamping effect according to the pavement, rugged,automatic leveling frame, sothat the climbing ability is stronger, all wheel steering, full bridge driver, smallturning radius, but crab walk, wide application range, and according to theconditions of the suspension, rigid flexible converting, leg span, good operationstability,360degrees all-around operation; driving and operating cab cabintegrated, the skylight, a large area of the windscreen, a wide view. Theseadvantages make off-roadtire crane superiority in the engineering constructionprocess with other crane can not match, the cranes R&D efforts are alsoincreasing, the research on the key technology is more and more deep.As a modern hoisting tools, people have increasingly high demand formobility, and its average speed, ride comfort, lateral stability, ride comfort andcushioning reliability are important index of its motor performance. Thenaturalvibration characteristics of cranes on the ride comfort and the body,and thecharacteristics of natural vibration characteristics of the body andsuspension isclosely related to the. Suspension is a frame (or the bearing body) and axle (orwheel) general term for all the force transmissionbetween the connected device.Its role is to the vertical force on the wheelsurface effects (supported by force),longitudinal force (the driving forceand the braking force) and lateral force aswell as the reaction caused by the force moment passed to the frame, in order toensure the normal running of off-road tyre crane. Performance in rough terraincranessuspension during exercise are controlled, the suspension can be dividedinto three basic types of passive suspension, semi-active suspension and activesuspension. Mechanical conventional passive suspension mostly by a damper andspring or leaf spring. Hydro pneumatic suspension systembased on the actualengineering vehicle crane as the research object,especially for double chamberaccumulator hydro pneumatic suspensionsystem was studied. The oil and gas physical and mathematical model ofnonlinear suspension cylinder, based on themathematical model, effects ofhydro pneumatic suspension structure parameterson the damping characteristics are analyzed by computer simulation, andobtained the dynamic characteristics. This study has a certain reference value,theindependent development of hydro pneumatic suspension system at the sametime, provides a design and evaluation for reference method for improving theride comfort of off-road tires crane research and handling stability.
