Abstract:Rail transport is the main artery of transportation in China, the development of China’s national economy plays an important role in the support and protection. In recent years, China’s overloaded technology has been developing rapidly, overloading transport has shown a strong growth momentum, a large number of projects are under construction, and there continue to accelerate the development trend. China’s overloaded railway technology can not completely meet the urgent needs of our heavy haul, heavy haul railway companies have launched different degrees of technological innovation to meet the high demand of the Chinese overloaded railway technology, and evaluation of enterprises’ technological innovation become the focus of attention of experts and scholars.Based on this, by analyzing the characteristics of heavy haul railway technology innovation, combined with principles and necessities of heavy haul railway technology innovation evaluation, the heavy haul technology innovation evaluation system is built, according to the PDCA cycle theory and WSR evaluation methodology. Through the analysis of technical innovation evaluation dimensions and study researches about the evaluation index system, the heavy haul railway technology innovation evaluation index system is built. Meanwhile, the multilevel extension evaluation method is used to evaluate the technology innovation of SH Group heavy haul railway in order to operate and test the evaluation system.The heavy haul railway technology innovation evaluation system is researched, simultaneously, applying the evaluation of basic research to the practice of technological innovation of heavy haul railway in order to make up the shortage of study about evaluation of heavy haul railway technology innovation.7charts,12tables and95references.
