Analysis On The Evaluation Method Of Rail Local Irregularity Of Heavy Haul Railway

Rail irregularity is one of the important source of stimulant force which influences the vibration between train and rail.With the development of heavy haul railways and the increase of axle load of heavy haul vehicles,the force caused by rail geometric irregularities is more obvious.Therefore,the relationship between the irregularity and the dynamic performance of heavy haul vehicles and how to effectively manage the irregularity have become one of the problems to be solved urgently.The basis of the effective management of the irregularity is to make a reasonable evaluation of the rail irregularity.Therefore,the evaluation method of rail local irregularity of heavy haul railway was studied in this paper,so as to make the reasonable evaluation of rail local irregularity of heavy haul railway,and provide the basis for the maintenance and management of heavy haul railway lines.Firstly,based on the vehicle-rail dynamic theory method,the dynamic simulation model of the 30 t axle heavy load railway vehicle was established,and the model was verified with the measured data of the Shuo Huang railway,which proved the dependability of the dynamic model of the heavy haul railway vehicle-rail system.Secondly,using the dynamic simulation model of heavy haul vehicle-rail system,the influence of rail irregularity including vertical irregularity,level irregularity,twist irregularity,alignment irregularity and gauge irregularity on the dynamic performance of heavy haul railway vehicles was studied,and provided the theoretical basis for studying of the evaluation method for local irregularity of heavy load railway.Finally,the allowable deviation management value of heavy haul railway was obtained based on the existing evaluation of rail local irregularity of heavy haul railway and analogy method.According to the allowable deviation management value of heavy haul railway and the related conclusions of the influence of different rail irregularities on the dynamic performance of heavy haul vehicles,the evaluation weight coefficient of rail local irregularity of heavy haul railway was analyzed,and the evaluation method of rail local irregularity of heavy haul railway was put forward finally.
