| As a rich, huge reserves of natural resources, the Yollow River sediment has aneasy exploitation, low cost and highly profitable feature and so on. Especially,in theconstruction market and hydraulic engineering, the Yellow River sediment has broadmarket prospects. With the advancement of society and technology, the Yellow Riversediment resources will become inevitable. In the construction market, the YellowRiver sediment can conveniently use and it can be used to reinforce embankmentsand firing ceramics, etc; In the hydraulic engineering, as a part of the role of riversand, the Yellow River sediment can be used as a raw material in plastic concrete.This not only can save other valuable resources, but also can reduce the cost of theproject to some extent, with great social, environmental and economic benefits. Wehave carried out a number of studies on the plastic concrete at home and abroad, butfew studies has studied about the Yollow River sediment when it is mixed with quitea plastic concrete. Therefore, my article focuses on the basic properties of plasticconcrete admixture of the Yellow River sediment and stress-strain relations. Themain contents are as follows:(1) When the workablity satisfis the plastic concrete requirements, combinedwith ordinary plastic concrete mix design, we could make a lot of trials with a test byadmixture of sediment to get an optimal design mix;(2) Through the mixing performance tests, compression tests, splitting tensiletests and penetration tests, We studied the influence of the Yellow River sedimentcontent, water-cement ratio, cement content, clay content, bentonite content on theplastic concrete work and the basic properties;(3) We tested15group60(150mm×150mm×300mm) plastic concrete prismspecimens by experiment, and geted each group plotted stress-strain curves. Then,through a largh number of analysis and comparative studies, we could achive thefactors of plastic concrete workablity and basic performance, which were obtainedthe water-cement ratio, cement content, claycontent, bentonite content.(4) Through analysising the stress-strain curve, refering the relevant norms,we discussed the elastic modulus of plastic concrete calculation methods and theiradvantages and disadvantages. And we got a suitable calculation method for theelastic modulus of plastic concrete. |
