In this paper, taking a a corrugated steel web plate construction of the largestcantilever state as the engineering background and using FLUENT software andANSYS finite element software for numerical simulation. Research on the single, double corrugated steel belly Itabashi typical cross section of the three componentcoefficients, aerodynamic interference effects and construction period of aerostaticstability of the largest cantilever state, results obtained are as follows:Through Fluent simulation extracted the static coefficient of Two-dimensionalbox section and the wind tunnel tests to compare, It verified that it is reliability byusing numerical simulation. By selecting simulation results of the typicalcross-section within11wind angle of attack range-5degrees to5degrees, The resultsshow that the simplified analysis of two-dimensional simulation of composite boxgirder with corrugated steel webs is feasibility;By the Fluent software to calculatestatic coefficient of the typical cross-section that the high beam is3.50m,3.6m,3.9m,4.4m,5.1m,6.4m within11wind angle of attack range-5degrees to5degrees, theanalysis results that lift and drag coefficient increases with the increase of high beamand changes at different angles of attack. This shows that high beam and angle ofattack are factors that affect the coefficient of static box girder section.Three-dimensional and two-dimensional static coefficient of comparative analysis isavailable that numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow field to calculate thestatic coefficient and two-dimensional flow field numerical simulation results arereasonable and there is a deviation in the acceptable range.By the Fluent software to calculate static coefficient of the typical cross-sectionthat the high beam is3.50m,3.6m,3.9m,4.4m,5.1m,6.4m within11wind angle ofattack range-5degrees to5degrees, the analysis results that as the upstream sectionocclusion effect, double the rate compared to the bridge and single bridge that thestatic coefficient of the downstream bridge to compare the single bridge havealmost an order of magnitude difference and less impact on the upstream dragcoefficient is almost negligible;By the Fluent software to calculate static coefficient of the typical cross-section that double the rate of the bridge is different interval, butthe height is same,within11wind angle of attack range-5degrees to5degrees, theanalysis results that the static coefficient of the downstream tended to the singlebridge, with the increasing interval. This also explains that with the increasingintervals, aerodynamic interference effect trends progressively smaller;By the Fluentsoftware to calculate static coefficient of the typical cross-section that double the rateof the bridge is different height, but the interval is same,within11wind angle ofattack range-5degrees to5degrees, the analysis results that the static coefficient ofthe downstream tended to the single bridge, with the increasing altitude difference. This also explains that with the increasing intervals, aerodynamic interference effecttrends progressively smaller.Taking a corrugated steel web plate construction of the largest cantilever state asthe research object, it calculates the static wind stability by ansys secondarydevelopment. It calculates the aerostatic stability critical wind speed of the girderbridge with corrugated steel webs at different heights. The results show that: whenthe height of pier is generally high, the static wind stability is better, when the heightof pier is very high, the static wind stability is poor.
