Based on the present status of sediment dredging in deep reservoir, and the summary ofa lot of literature home and abroad, the erosion performance of self-inspiration pulse jetdevice in deepwater environment was studied by a great of theoretical analysis andexperiment, and the effect of various influencing factors on the erosion performance of thedevice is gotten. The results provide firm technical support for the actual reservoir dredgingprojects by using the self-inspiration pulse jet technology.Chapter I outlines an overview of the home and foreign water jet technology andachievements. Chapter II researches the device mechanism and erosion mechanism ofself-inspiration pulse jet by using hydromechanics and fluid dynamics theory. The erosionperformance of self-inspiration pulse jet device in deepwater condition is studied byexperiments in chapter III, the effect of structure parameters (upper and lower nozzle diameter,cavity length, cavity diameter) and operating parameters (working pressure, confiningpressure, target distance) on the erosion performance of the device,and the best parameterratio which can produce better erosion effect is gotten.By the researching of erosion performance of self-inspiration pulse jet device indeepwater environment and the experiments in the Sanmenxia reservoir, the results of thisresearch provide a simple but high efficient way to deal with sediment dredging in deepreservoir, this paper is a theoretical and technical support in making further theoreticalanalysis on the mechanism of self-inspiration pulse jet technology and the application indeepwater environment.
