Coal gangue is one of the coal industry waste,which constitute serious threat to the ecological environment and social environment.New a lot of mines area have a huge amount of coal gangue in our country,if we do not take effective measures on coal gangue utilization will cause unimaginable consequences.In this paper,The authors try to use coal gangue to produce concrete,there are two main benefits as follows:First It can consume a large amount of industrial waste which could reduce the risk of the environment;second It also can reduce consumption of natural stone material, so that have good social benefit and economic benefit.As present our country is in the critical period of rapidly development, All kinds of the city infrastructures need to be improved. At the same time, which is In the high-speed economic development, the problem of energy crisis^environmental pollution, ecological destruction and so on have been emerged. To take this opportunity,The author toke a lot of experiments to study the feasibility of coal gangue concrete. Though the experiment,the author found that the coal gangue concrete foreground is very good.The article introduces the coal gangue concrete mainly from several aspects as follows:(1)The authors refer to a large number of literature about coal gangue features then understanding about the characteristics of coal gangue.(2)The authors take some experiments on coal gangue in huainan mines area,and evaluating the specifications of coal gangue using coal gangue concrete strength theory.(3)With the orthogonal experiment to determine the best of C30concrete design.(4)Since time is limited,the authors just introduced the durability of concrete. Though the above few ideas,The authors drew some conclusions as follows:(1)The failure mechanism of coal gangue concrete is "strong by the weak" into "weak by the strong "and the most suitable strength is C30concrete.(2)According to the coordination effect between aggregate and matrix and some experiments, it is the best combination that is with the biggest-20mm-diameter.(3)Using the orthogonal experiment to find the best concrete design, the test results as follows:w/c=0.5;the coal gangue dosage is60%; the biggest diameter is20mm.(4)Under the best concrete design,the frost resistance of coal gangue concrete is best which the dosage is60%.
